About Me
Bea Bohm-Meyer 

When I was very young my father once told me "you are nothing without the people you choose to surround yourself with. No matter how smart, how wealthy or how much stuff you may have, the only time you will ever truly feel rich is by valuing yourself and the people around you.” I have never forgotten those words. I grew up knowing there is value and therefore strength in everyone. As I matured and grew to understand myself … more and more I realized how powerful my passion for people truly is. Even more astonishing is how I feel when I see people succeed.

Through all that I have learnt and all that I have experienced I know, undeniably, that my passion is to inspire, empower and help people be the best they can be by capitalizing on their strengths and uniqueness of being.

Today my business focuses on my true passion: Success Coaching. I work with individuals and businesses to build success: motivate to take action and empower to reach goals and true potential.

My Professional Journey

I have spent most of my professional career motivating and encouraging people to be successful. For the last 20 years I have worked with large corporate and non for profit organizations building success. During this amazing time, I have spearheaded the planning, development and implementation of various major projects across this country that has transformed organizations and teams on local as well as national levels.

I have extensively collaborated with multidisciplinary medical and administrative teams across health care continuums to help strengthen quality, customer culture and build high reliability environments.

I owned a consulting company that supported businesses and organizations to formulate and implement customer care, team cohesion and corporate transformation initiatives. I also had the incredible privilege of working with smaller companies, organizations and Boards to improve leadership strategies and build productive and effective team success.

During these journeys I developed my well respected “Five C” Strategy for Effective Communication and Collaboration". This strategy has experienced proven success as an approach to developing motivated and highly productive teams.

Academic and Professional Preparation:

• I am a certified personal and professional success coach from CTA in Colorado, USA (member of the International Coaching Federation).
   
• I hold a Bachelor of Arts Special degree in International Political Science from the University of Alberta, Canada.
   
• I am certified as a Patient Safety Executive by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in Boston, MA, USA
   
• I have completed a number of senior quality, customer experience and leadership related programs.

I feel so fortunate and grateful to have worked with so many talented and wonderful people over the years. These experiences have taught me to approach life and work with sincerity, integrity, appreciation, a relentless desire to learn, collaborate and build success in everything I do.
